This transition marks an exciting chapter in our mission to combat anti-Asian workplace discrimination as we dramatically expand our focus on legal advocacy.
Introducing the Workplace Justice Fund
In addition to our dynamic new leadership team, SwAA has launched a groundbreaking Workplace Justice Fund, the first of its kind dedicated to fighting discrimination against Asians in American workplaces.
With a goal to raise $1 million by year-end, the fund has already secured $100,000 from anonymous donors over the last month, with growing interest from independent contributors.
This fund will offer pro bono and affordable legal representation, develop educational programs, conduct policy research, and establish a robust online platform for community support and incident reporting.
Join Our Movement
With our new leadership and the Workplace Justice Fund, SwAA is set to make significant strides in reshaping the American workplace for Asians in America.
We invite you to be part of this transformative journey. Support the Workplace Justice Fund and get involved in SwAA’s mission by contacting: donate@standwithasianamericans.com.
Together, we can create lasting change and ensure equal opportunities for all Asian Americans in their professional lives.
