COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

At SwAA’s Workplace Justice Initiative, we are committed to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to share their experiences with workplace discrimination. To maintain a respectful and inclusive community, free of illegal, harmful and negative interactions, we have established the following guidelines for content and comments:

Be Yourself

  • Authenticity: Ensure your contributions are honest, factual, and representative of your own experiences or perspectives. Do not create or share content that is false or aimed solely at generating impressions and views.
  • Impersonation: Do not impersonate other individuals through usernames, explicit terms, inference, or misleading content that misrepresents your identity.
  • Spam or Selling: Do not spam our community, create artificial accounts for commercial purposes, or use this platform to solicit or sell products or services.

Be Supportive

  • Bullying or Harassment: Treat others with respect and kindness. Do not use this platform for malicious harassment or threats. Acts and threats of violence are considered zero-tolerance violations, and all accounts associated with such activities will be banned. Discrimination or Hate Speech: Engaging in hate speech, discriminatory practices, or using divisive content are prohibited Avoid using language or imagery that is offensive or targets individuals based on their identity or vulnerability.
  • Trolling: Do not provoke others intentionally or repeatedly with unsolicited content designed to elicit a negative emotional response. Respect ongoing conversations and avoid attempts to degrade or derail them.

Be Responsible

  • Company Secrets: Respect the confidentiality of business secrets and sensitive information that is not publicly available. Encourage open conversation while safeguarding your company’s legitimate interests.
  • Inappropriate Content: Do not engage in any actions or behaviors that are illegal. Do not create or share sexually explicit or suggestive content, pornography, or make unwarranted advances.
  • Personally Identifiable Information: Protect the privacy of yourself and other community members. Do not disclose or share personally identifiable information that could de-anonymize, reference, or target individuals.
  • Topic Relevance: Keep discussions on-topic and relevant to the channels and threads. Ensure that your contributions align with the interests and objectives of the community.
  • Proper Labels: Ensure people have predictable experiences by properly labeling content and communities, particularly content that is graphic, sexually-explicit, or offensive.
  • SwAA’s Rights: Do not engage in any activity that threatens the integrity of SwAA’s products, employees, or the community. Abide by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and respect our rules. When we find someone has violated our Community Guidelines we may take action that can include removal of content, a warning, and/or suspension of their account.

By participating in SwAA’s Workplace Justice Initiative, you agree to follow these community guidelines to foster a supportive and respectful environment for everyone.
